On a daily basis helps VAT taxpayers operating on the territory of the country on the field related to the correct accounting and reporting of VAT. Additionally, supports entities in the process of registration for VAT purposes in Poland.
Supports clients with the issues related to Intrastat reporting.
Prepares legal opinions, analyses and memorandums on rights and obligations resulting from VAT regulations.
Participated in the preparation of applications for individual interpretations. The proceedings before Polish Tax Authorities ended up with the positive results for the Clients.
Involved in numerous projects for Clients from the automotive, food, electronics and gaming industries.
Supports foreign clients in the VAT refund procedure in Poland.
