M&A expert with over 8 years of professional experience.
Successfully advised on numerous M&A transactions by conducting complex due diligence projects, including vendor due diligence in various sectors – in particular industry, manufacturing or real estate.
With experience in both domestic and international transactions, he has extensive expertise in complex transactional projects.
Participated in the design and implementation of international structures for both foreign and Polish clients. His work has included advising on share purchase agreements, assets, transactions insurance or post-trade integration.
As part of these projects, he also frequently advised on international group taxation issues, in particular withholding tax.
The experience gained in a group providing HR and IT solutions, while acting as an in-house tax consultant, allows for effective and practical day-to-day CIT advice for clients.
