Deals with, among others, preparation and verification of transfer pricing documentation, preparation of transfer pricing analyses – both comparative analyses and analyses in the form of compliance analysis, designing models of intra-group settlements and on-going advisory in the scope of tax issues related to transfer pricing.
Has experience in international projects, including servicing international capital groups with regard to fulfilling documentation obligations in particular jurisdictions, as well as supporting Polish companies operating on a smaller scale.
Has participated in projects in the field of Advance Pricing Agreements processing and transfer pricing policy setting.
Supports clients during tax audits and conducts workshops on transfer pricing.
