MDDP advised Kajima Europe and Panattoni on the sale of a logistics hub

Experts from MDDP Michalik Dłuska Dziedzic i Partnerzy advised Kajima Europe and Panattoni on the transaction for the sale of a logistics hub in Zgorzelec to Arete Investment Group. MDDP’s support included comprehensive tax and financial advice on the transaction.

The tax team was led by Piotr Paśko (partner), who was supported by Sebastian Serowik, Justyna Adamska, Kamil Kruk, Maksymalian Włodarczyk and Martyna Woźnica, and Łukasz Zablocki (partner in MDDP’s Corporate Finance team) was responsible for the financial part.

The property consists of two buildings with a total area of 65,000 sqm strategically located near the border with Germany, close to the A4 motorway.
