Has participated in projects including:
- tax and accounting settlement of real estate acquisition investment (transaction value of EUR 36 million);
- An international tax due diligence project related to the asset deal of the entire capital group;
- Restructuring of the company’s liabilities to the shareholder and determination of tax consequences (transaction value of PLN 400 million).
