- He has been dealing with transfer pricing issues since 2014.
- He specializes in transfer pricing advisory, tax audits in this area and restructurings on transfer pricing grounds.
- He carries out projects concerning identification of TP obligations, preparation of documentation (Local and Master File, CbCR, Defense File), benchmarking analyses using specialized international databases or fulfillment of reporting obligations (TPR-C).
- He performs projects in the scope of valuation of financial transactions (loans, bonds, guarantees, etc.) with the use of international databases Bloomberg or LoanConnector.
- He supports clients in the process of valuation of companies, shares, trademarks, debt portfolios, technologies, implementation of innovation allowances (IP Box) and in the process of tax inspections.
- He has participated in numerous projects involving preparation of transfer pricing policies and adjustments to intra-group settlement models in capital groups.
- He has extensive experience in providing services to entities operating in the financial, IT and property development sectors.
- He conducts trainings and workshops for clients on transfer pricing and IP Box relief.
- He participated in tax inspections related to transfer pricing, among others, he supported one of the largest taxpayers in Poland in this respect.
